You will also get premium support for SkyCalendar Pro and its interaction with the core SkyPortal basecode. The premium support consists of private forums as well as email support. In some cases, a "site diagnostic visit" will be required. To accomplish a "site diagnostic visit", you will need to grant us temporary FTP access and provide a superadmin login and password for your SkyPortal installation. This is required in order to diagnose and resolve bugs and/or issues that you may encounter. Update Dec 26, 2006SkyCalendar Pro is currently available on a limited basis to a "pilot" group of licensee's. The software is pretty well solid and bug/issue free, everything available works as designed, but you know how when people start using it that some obscure things sometimes pop up. I want to release it to a smaller "pilot" group at first until we are satisfied that it works as designed. Contact me to get aboard now and have your input and opinions listened to and discussed. This initial group will have a private forum for discussions about the SkyCalendar Pro's features, design, structure and layout. Preview, test, and comment on the extended SkyCalendar Pro features as they are designed, developed and implemented, as well as give input that may define an element of that feature.
